Responsibilities

• Ability to create modern applications using the .NET framework

• Object Orientation and design Principles (KISS, SOLID, DRY)

• Continuous Integration and Automated Testing

• Working in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Agile Delivery experience using Scrum CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc)

ABOUT YOU

You're proficient in .NET, however, you're comfortable learning whatever you need to learn to solve the problems you're facing. It could be a new programming/script language, a new design pattern, a new tool or platform, a new process, who knows!

Software quality is your craft. You do what is right, not what is easy. For you, quality is not expensive - it's priceless and is not negotiable. You believe software quality goes way beyond functional testing – Unit testing, UI testing, performance testing, security testing, integration testing, and infrastructure testing are your bread and butter.

REQUIREMENTS

• C#

• .NET Core, ASP.NET Core.

• Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)

• NUnit/XUnit/Specflow Testing Frameworks

• Familiar working with the following technologies:

  • JavaScript Framework (Node.js, Angular or React)

  • Git

  • XML, JSON, YAML
    

• Knowledge of:

  • Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)

  • Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Frameworks

  • RESTful API Development

Salary: 100,000 - 160,000 p.a + super. Based on experience. Type: Permanent or contractor Location: Melbourne
